Heather has been a professional and has done so well that I have no option than to put up this review.I must be sincere with you, the process was transparent, The staff who attended to me (Heather) was very kind and patience and polite. She has a golden heart and can go extra mile to help. She facilitated the whole process very fast and rendered help where necessary. I will say that housing associate has done well though am still new to the property, I hope to still see them doing well in the future. Am also waiting for the maintenance team to get my heaters working as it's freezing this period.
